Stan is the public information officer for the Tulsa Fire Department, where he has served for 26 years. A father and husband, Stan has three children, all who attended Broken Arrow and Bixby schools. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and Rhema Bible Training College. He attends Life Church.
Stan May was raised to work hard on his father’s dairy farm, and he followed in his father’s footsteps as a firefighter. He has worked 26 years for the Tulsa Fire Department, now serving as the department’s public information officer.
His upbringing and work ethic have put him on the front lines of many catastrophic events in Oklahoma and the region. He traveled to Joplin, Mo., in 2011 and to Moore in 2013 after deadly tornadoes devastated the region. He puts his firefighting skills to work when wildfires threaten homes across Oklahoma.

Stan May: The Change We Need
Stan May believes Oklahoma must weed out waste and fraud in state government, fully fund education and infrastructure, and work to be No. 1 in all areas, and not dead last. “The same political elite have been in charge for way too long. We need change and we need it now at the Oklahoma Capitol.”
Stan May is a conservative Republican who supports the right to keep and bear arms. He is pro-life and believes firmly in the United States Constitution.
